Making
A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue,
and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into
the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection,
click on the " "
button and you will be asked for a few
details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We
are able to accept credit card payments using PayPal. If you are shopping from
Spain and are using a UK Credit Card, you can select how the transaction
is paid, using Euros or Sterling.
We also accept Bank transfers. Please
contact us
for details. We can also accept telephone orders if
required.
Shipping And Handling
Spanish mainland – 1.99€ for the first item, 0.99€ each
additional item
Delivery/Shipping to UK, USA and rest of the world - £5.00
(approx) ($9.00 approx).
All
orders are sent in plain packaging (No Company Logos) ideal
for birthday presents, gifts, etc. If the order is a gift, invoices
can be sent to the card holders address if requested, using
the shopping basket ordering system.
Delivery Schedule
Please note that if any of the items you have ordered are
out of stock we will attempt to obtain them for you as soon
as possible. In the meantime the part of your order that is
available will be sent out immediately. The rest of your
order will be sent out at no extra postal cost to you as
soon as it is available. If you would rather receive your order
altogether, please let us know by e-mail at

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your
order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All prices quoted are inclusive of Sales tax.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using
our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers
are encrypted on the web site using
PayPal's 128 bit encryption
technology.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Any item damaged or of the
wrong size can be returned unused and in its original packaging, but you
will need to contact
us first.
- All orders are shipped at price in effect at time of order.

All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturers
defects, unless otherwise stated.
Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged
display will not be considered for credit.
RETURNS POLICY
14 day Returns
Policy
Any goods that are not to your liking can be returned within
14 days of delivery without stating a returns reason. Just
follow the instructions on the returns form enclosed with
your goods, and send the articles back to the address stated
on the form (returns address available in UK and Spain). If
the goods are paid for by credit card the due amount will be
credited to the card used as payment. Please allow 2 to 3
weeks for the refund. Faulty goods are fully refundable,
inclusive of delivery, return and extra costs. With the
exception of orders from Germany and Austria we have to ask
you to return goods at your own cost. Please note: returned
goods which show signs of use in excess of trying them on,
may lead to a reduction in the refund given. Always wear
"something underneath" when trying articles on, especially
with underwear.
Faulty Goods /
Transport Damage
Designer Warehouse is responsible for any damage to items,
which occurs during the transportation of the good to the
customer. If the goods arrive damaged, please send them back
to us for a full refund (see 1.). Please inform us
immediately (within the first 2 days of arrival), of goods
damaged in transit. After this time, we can not take
responsibility for any damage
We offer a 100% guarantee that if
you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have
ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund
(less Postage Costs), provided that you return them to us in
their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed,
with all labels intact.
ALL Returns will be assessed on an individual basis.
Note: We regret that returns on hosiery cannot be
accepted if the pack has been opened. Certain products are
also excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene
reasons - this will be indicated with the product
information for these items on our website. These conditions
do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns period
Our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive
the goods, and any returned items must be received by us
within this time.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS THE GOODS ARE FAULTY OR
OF THE WRONG SIZE.
Please note sale items, clearance items, special offers,
hosiery, and select sizes are final sales and are not
exchangeable.
If you
wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us
prior notice. In this case please complete the form
accompanying your order and enclose it with the returned
goods. Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to
be returned to us.
"I no longer have the dispatch paperwork - what do I do?"
If you no longer have the returns label that was supplied
with your order, please address the package to the
appropriate
returns address.
Enclose a note with the return, ensuring that the following
information is included:
Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone
number or e-mail address (especially important if you do not
know your order number), return reason and details of refund
or replacement required.
If using the original packaging, please ensure that the
original address label is covered up. Please quote your
order number on the top left hand side of the package, to
assist us in identification on return to Legs & Co.
Return of Faulty Goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty,
you should return the item to us together with a note,
explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the
original order number. When we receive the item, we will
investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most
appropriate resolution.
Please quote your order number on the top left hand side of
the package, to assist us in identification on return to
