Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging and unworn.

We are unable to accept returns on:

 

  • Worn items
  • Has Marks/make up/fake tan
  • Has Glitter
  • Has Lotions
  • Items not tried on over own underwear
  • Item is not in original packaging with labels attached

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your returned item however, in many cases you will receive a refund before this time. the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days depending on your bank). Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICIES

Please take note that the return fee specified does not encompass any local import taxes for shipments outside the European Union. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond the control of our brand. Regrettably, we are unable to estimate these costs as customs policies and import duties vary by country.

In the event that a customer declines to accept a package due to import taxes or duties, they will assume full responsibility for all postage expenses, return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges.

Returned items must be packaged in their original condition, with the original labels and invoice. The product must be in perfect condition, and the original labels must be included. To prevent misuse of our products, we attach special labels that must remain in their original place upon return. Returns or exchanges without these special labels will not be accepted.

Legs and Co reserves the right to refuse any credit if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.

In cases of a lost, stolen, or damaged package during shipping, a claim must be filed with the shipping service provider, not Legs and Co. If a package is marked as delivered via a tracking number but the customer cannot locate it, Legs and Co is not liable and will not issue a refund or store credit.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, and how you are returning it. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We aim to Ship within 24 hours of your order being placed, You will be notified of your parcel tracking number as soon as your items leave our premises, delivery's can take up to 10/15 days depending on destination.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may incur additional costs of Customs fees / Duty not included in the shipping price. In no case will Legs and Co bear these expenses.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full euro.
